Chart Room Coaching
Navigate change with clarity and presence.
For founders and leaders ready to reset the co mpass, realign their strategy, and lead with intent.
What Is Chart Room Coaching?
A 3–6 month coaching partnership designed for leaders navigating growth, uncertainty, or the quiet sense that something has drifted off course.
This is not life coaching, and it’s not corporate performance management.
It’s a spacious, strategic and human coaching experience that holds space for both the person and the role.
“The map is not the territory — and sometimes the map needs updating.”
How It Works
1. Chart Room Compass Session
90-minute foundation session to explore your current location, conditions, and desired horizon.
2. Chart Room Conversations
A mix of 45 and 90-minute sessions, typically twice per month over 3–6 months.
Themes often include strategic direction, identity, energy, and navigating complexity.
3. Chart Room Horizons
A closing 90-minute Horizon Session helps you consolidate insight and anchor sustainable change.
What You’ll Leave With
Renewed clarity on where you’re heading — and why
Anchored values and leadership presence
Better decisions, less noise
A tangible compass to steer by — not someone else’s playbook

Half-Day Reset or Full-Day Alignment
Bring your leadership team or board into a shared Chart Room space — away from firefighting and reactive decisions.
It’s a guided strategic conversation where your team regroups, realigns, and sets course — together.
Half-Day Reset – Ideal for duos or teams in transition (strategic pivots, people dynamics, decision paralysis).
Full-Day Alignment – For annual planning, team expansion, or role clarity.
Sessions blend facilitated reflection, coaching-style enquiry, and visual tools like Balanced Horizon, StrengthScope®, or custom strategy maps.
Delivery: In-person in Devon or online via Zoom.
Still Finding Your Bearings?
Begin with a Chart Room Conversation — a one-off 90-minute session to pause, reflect, and see what’s next.
Sometimes a single conversation can shift the whole map.
